Cancellation Policy
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT OUR CANCELLATION POLICY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED
Cancellations within 48 hours will forfeit your deposit or incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged 90% of the booked service fee.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in rescheduling and may incur a same-day cancellation fee.
Failure to respond to confirmation messages does not cancel your appointment. You will be charged if you do not show up.
By booking, you expressly authorize all charges related to your appointment, including deposits, no-show fees, and cancellation fees. You waive your right to dispute these charges and agree they are final and non-refundable.
