Cancellation Policy
**There is a 48 hour cancellation policy**
** Cancellation after that will forfeit your deposit or pay 50% of the service fee. No shows and same day cancellations may be subject to 100% of the service fee**
**If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will have to reschedule your appointment, and you may be subject to a same-day cancellation fee/forfeiture of deposit**
**Failure to respond to confirmation emails/texts does not cancel your appointment and you will be charged if you do not show up**
