Cancellation Policy
At Perfect Skin Esthetics, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because we are a small, high-demand practice, late cancellations and no-shows impact not only our business but also other clients waiting for openings. To keep things fair and respectful for everyone, we have the following policies:

Securing Your Appointment
A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve all services. Gift cards cannot be used to hold appointments. If you would like to use a gift card, simply bring it with you and it can be applied toward checkout at the time of your service.
Your card is not charged at the time of booking. It is kept securely on file for two purposes:
• To protect your appointment time according to our cancellation policy.
• To provide faster, touch-free checkout after your service, so you can relax and enjoy your results without delay.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
• Missed appointments (no-shows) or same day cancellations will incur a fee equal to 75% of the scheduled service cost.
• Appointments rescheduled within 48 hours require a 50% deposit toward the new service.
• All deposits are non-refundable but will be applied toward the rescheduled service.

Payment Authorization & Sales Finality
By booking with Perfect Skin Esthetics, you agree to the following:
• You expressly authorize charges for services, applicable retail, deposits, cancellation fees, and no-show fees.
• All services, treatment plans, and product sales are final and non-refundable.
• You waive the right to dispute or charge back any transaction related to services rendered, deposits, or cancellation/no-show fees.
• Any attempt to dispute a legitimate charge will be considered a breach of this agreement.
• If services have been rendered (Including consultations), and a chargeback is filed, this constitutes theft of services and a police report will be filed to protect our business.
Acknowledgment of Policies
By booking an appointment, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
