We understand that life happens and sometimes plans change. To help us serve all clients efficiently, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within this window will incur a fee of 50 percent of the service cost. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure fairness and to help us maintain availability for all clients.

No Show Policy
Missed appointments or same day cancellations are challenging for a small business like ours. If you do not show up for your appointment or cancel without notice on the same day, a fee equal to 90 percent of the service cost will apply. This policy is also strictly enforced to respect the time and resources set aside for your service. Repeated no shows may result in suspension of booking privileges.

Conduct Policy
Perfect Skin Esthetics is a one person operation, and mutual respect is essential for a great experience. We kindly ask that all interactions remain respectful and professional. Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to yelling, insults, coercion, fraud, and attempts to pressure or mislead, will result in immediate termination of services and may result in a booking ban and enforcement of cancellation fees.
Any form of sexual misconduct, including but not limited to inappropriate comments, touching, or solicitation, will result in immediate termination of the service, a 90 percent fee charge, and if necessary, law enforcement involvement.

Defamation and Review Misuse Policy
Perfect Skin Esthetics is committed to excellence, professionalism, and transparency. While we welcome honest feedback, we expect all clients to engage in good faith communication and accurately represent their full experience, including their own role in any policy violations.
By booking a service, you agree to the following:
Good Faith Communication Required: You agree to notify us of any dissatisfaction or concern prior to posting a negative review. This allows us the opportunity to address the issue directly. Skipping this step is considered a breach of this agreement and of the trust on which our client relationships are built.
Accurate and Complete Representation:
Public reviews must reflect your actual service experience in full, including your own conduct and the context of the interaction. Reviews that omit key facts—such as your role in a late cancellation, no-show, failure to respond to messages, dishonesty, or other relevant behaviors—may be considered materially misleading and reputationally harmful.
Misuse of Review Platforms: Posting a negative review to retaliate against enforcement of previously agreed-upon policies—such as cancellation fees, booking restrictions, or refusal of service—is not permitted. This behavior may result in immediate termination of the client relationship and enforcement of applicable fees.
False Reviews and Legal Recourse: Leaving a review when no service was rendered (e.g., after a no-show or cancellation), or making false claims intended to damage our reputation, constitutes misrepresentation. We reserve the right to respond publicly, terminate the client relationship, and pursue appropriate legal remedies where necessary.
This policy does not restrict your right to post a truthful, factual review in compliance with the Consumer Review Fairness Act of 2016. It exists to protect both our practice and clients from reputational harm due to false or misleading statements.

Theft Policy
Theft of products, tools, or services is a criminal offense and will be pursued accordingly. Any instance of theft will result in a charge equal to the value of the stolen items, law enforcement involvement, and additional remedies as permitted under Florida law (Florida Statutes section 812.014).
Theft of Services and Chargebacks
Under Florida law, theft of services (Florida Statutes sections 812.012 and 817.034) includes the deliberate failure to pay for services rendered. Initiating a chargeback or disputing a legitimate charge after receiving services constitutes theft of services and fraud.
Criminal Charges
Any attempt to fraudulently dispute a charge will result in the filing of criminal charges for theft of services with law enforcement authorities.
Credit Reporting
Any chargeback fraud or unpaid balances resulting from disputed charges will be reported to the credit bureaus. This may negatively impact the client’s credit score and remain on their credit history, affecting future financial transactions. Clients are responsible for resolving any disputes directly with us before a report is made.
Civil Liability
Clients engaging in chargeback fraud or refusing to pay for services received will be held civilly liable for the full amount of the service, plus any legal fees, collection costs, and administrative fees incurred in pursuing the claim.
Permanent Ban
Clients who engage in chargeback fraud will be permanently banned from booking any future services with Perfect Skin Esthetics. Additionally, as permitted by our signed publicity release and waiver, we reserve the right to share client likeness and relevant details with local providers, industry professionals, and collections agencies for fraud prevention purposes. This ensures that fraudulent behavior is documented and addressed within the professional esthetics community.

By booking services, clients agree to be contractually bound by the most current version, whether or not they have reviewed the updates.

Acknowledgment
By booking an appointment with Perfect Skin Esthetics, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these policies. Your agreement is required for booking a service, and failure to acknowledge this form does not exempt you from these policies.
Furthermore, you expressly authorize and waive your right to dispute any and all charges made in accordance with the policies outlined in this agreement, including but not limited to cancellation fees, late fees, rescheduling fees, service fees, deposits, and other applicable charges.
